Participation and privacy notice

Revenue Trust Institute founder and CEO study Michael Blignaut is responsible for this study. Questions or privacy requests: [email protected]. We study how founders and chief executives experience decisions across the business when growth is under pressure. Three optional questions also explore decision discretion, how settled delivery seemed, and extra senior involvement in the same response. These are selective self-reports from an unvalidated pilot, not verified capacity or a leadership score. Participation is voluntary. You may skip the whole optional section or any of its questions. No account or email address is required. You can skip optional questions or leave before submitting. Selecting Submit saves your eligibility response, decision-related answers, any optional leadership answers, industry, company-size band, operating region and optional reflection, together with submission identifiers, timestamps and the notice version you acknowledged. Please omit names, company names, customer details and confidential information. Written reflections and combinations of answers could still identify you. Responses are stored privately in our Supabase database in Ireland. Michael Blignaut and Alto’s AI-assisted technical operation can access them to run and analyse this study. If you include the optional section, its inclusion and any leadership answers are stored as part of the same response, using the same company-profile bands and decision example. We do not ask for additional personal identifiers or match this response to earlier submissions. Individual responses will not be displayed publicly. We delete raw responses and their linked submission records from the live study database within 365 days. Provider backups and technical logs follow separate provider retention schedules. Security counters and hashed challenge-token records are short-lived and are removed by the same scheduled maintenance process. Cloudflare hosts and protects the site. Supabase and Cloudflare process technical connection and security data. Cloudflare Turnstile processes IP and browser/device signals for security and service improvement. Its privacy notice is at https://www.cloudflare.com/turnstile-privacy-policy/. Submitting does not subscribe you to email or future studies. Peer comparisons are not yet available. Keep the receipt reference shown after a successful submission and contact [email protected] if you want to request withdrawal of your whole response, including any optional leadership answers. Without that reference, we may be unable to locate it. The reference does not provide online access to your answers.
